I used my midsummer break to catch up on my Internet reading (among other things). It included a feature on Copenhagen-based artist Johan Deckmann, who paints fictional self-help titles on the covers of books and other items.
This photo with a pair of books, one very thick and the other very thin, especially spoke to me:
The large book is marked with “Useless worries” while the small says “Useful worries.” Such a spot-on visualisation!
The fact is, I am a worrier, and not likely to change much. However, If I could teach myself to let go of the mountain of useless worries and focus on worrying about the problems worth worrying, that would be a step for the better. 🙂
Note: I wasn’t paid or perked to mention this; just passing along a good thing.
